OC IPA is being released four months after the previous one. Due to the condition and generation of the yeast, there was a gap in brewing, but this style is always approached differently, making it an exciting brew. OC IPA is one of the beers where we pay the most careful attention to effectively bringing out the "bitterness," which is of great importance to any beer. This time, the bitterness is gentle while providing a solid base, resulting in a positive mouthfeel. It has a unique hop composition, but the balanced juiciness allows you to enjoy several fruit flavors. The creamy mouthfeel is followed by a smooth taste of ripe mango. The presence of the supporting Dunk adds depth, and the finish is pleasant.
