Uchu Brewing

Uchu Brewing, from Hokuto City in Yamanashi, Japan, started brewing in 2018. They grow their own hops locally, combining them with the best hops from USA and New Zealand, to create some of the most amazing hazy IPAs you'll ever taste. And their fruited sour ales are pretty darn good too!
