Kushy Bushy - Double IPA

Once again we have joined forces with our good mates at Cellarbrations Baldivis and the great people from Against The Grain out of Louisville, Kentucky. After brewing Jindong Balling together in the past with Jerry and the Baldivis crew, we decided to go on a little side quest this time around. After some brainstorming, we landed on Kushy Bushy. A big dank beer that is an ode to late nights and even later mornings.

Pour this beer into a glass and you will be greeted with the absolute dankest of aromas. Think of someone wearing a baja hoodie with wonky eyes that are redder than a rose, passing the pint to the left hand side, kind of areas. The layering of our signature Rocky Ridge hop extract, Rakau, Mosaic, Strata and OG Kush Brewgas terpenes has created a beer that is absolutely BURSTING with flavour. A hoppy explosion of a beer speeds effortlessly over the palate like a lupulin loaded Lamborghini.

We packed the mash full of pilsner, munich and wheat malts with a sprinkle of rolled oats on top for good measure. This grist creates a beer with fuller mouthfeel while also laying a foundation for the hops and devils lettuce terpenes to shine.
