This is a collaboration beer with Kyoto Brewing, located in Kyoto. Since its founding, Kyoto Brewing has been producing innovative beers and has become one of the leading breweries in the Japanese craft beer scene over the past decade. Their brewery, which pays attention to every detail, produces refined beers, and the way it continues to evolve makes it an ideal example of a Japanese craft brewery. For this second collaboration with KBC, we both used Dolcita hops, with KBC brewing Oat Cream IPA and Totopia brewing WC IPA. The distinctive presence of Dolcita was combined with our combined experience to create a balanced blend (otherwise it would have been slightly overpowering). While aiming for a crisp finish, the beer expresses a rich base and a full hop aroma, resulting in a satisfying beer. KBC has already released "Oat Cream IPA / Lactose Addiction." Please try that as well. The glassy aroma rises from the clear golden liquid. Based on a powerful layered bitterness, the crisp grapefruit flavor leads to a sharp finish.
