This is a collaboration beer with Watering Hole, one of Japan's leading beer bars located in Yoyogi, Tokyo. While there are legendary beer bars in every country, it would not be an exaggeration to say that Watering Hole is that legendary bar in Japan, having provided all kinds of culture for a long period of 14 years. We are truly grateful that they supported our endeavors and continued to introduce us in Tokyo even before we founded Totopia. For our head brewer, it is one of the shops that is inseparable from the history of the brewery. Furthermore, when we talk about WH, we are talking about Yuya, who leads the Yuya Boys. In addition to his achievements in the industry, his deep brewing knowledge and challenging ideas have captivated many fans, and his presence has greatly advanced the Japanese market. The hop combination is [classic and innovative]. This theme seems to express WH perfectly, and it feels like we can see them inheriting tradition while also creating innovation. The taste is intensely danky and tropical, yet it is well-balanced at a high level and permeates the mouth as if it is melting. Please enjoy it. The rich yet smooth mouthfeel is immediately apparent, contrasted with an aggressively danky aroma. At the same time, pineapple-like fruitiness and a deep bitterness add depth and complexity.
