The double mash creates a soft yet firm mouthfeel, a technique that is by no means easy but yields significant benefits. Based on Freestyle's NZ hops with an accent of Citra Cryo, the layered texture allows you to discover the characteristics of each hop, resulting in a mouthfeel that slowly permeates and reveals the juicy flavor of the hops. This is DIPA challenging for WBC2026. Please enjoy. The deep haze and dense body reveal the freshness of white grapes and the soft sweetness of white peach. While hinting at a dank side, the individual characteristics are beautifully balanced.
