Fire Tower is a 10.5% Hazy Triple IPA we brewed with oats and hopped with Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Kohia Nelson Hop Kief and our hand-selected Citra. It's a collab with our friends from Tulertorn Brewing in Estonia we brewed for our Halloween release this year!
We brewed a similar Triple IPA with Chris at Tuletorn Brewing when we were in Tallinn, Estonia a few weeks ago ahead of pouring at Riga Pours in Latvia. Fire Tower is the meaning of Tuletorn so we bring you our version here this Halloween.
This beer is plump and rich with notes of candied orange peel, ripe mango, fleshy stone fruit, bright passionfruit juice, gooseberry, crushed Sauvignon Blanc grapes and a light dankness.
