Buckle up, this ain't your average tea party, we teamed up with the local legends at Coffee Heads to build something that looks one way and tastes entirely another. A golden, crystal-clear body that screams lager but whispers "what is real?" Enter the White Stout.

Naturally this beer comes with a stacked deck of premium malts. Certified Sustainable Pilsner malt, Golden Promise pale malt, rolled and malted oats and drum-roasted caramel malt all provide depth and a solid backbone that's up to supporting a big dose of lactose and the adjuncts to come.

In an unusual move we left this beer to complete fermentation and transfer through the centrifuge to bright tank completely unaltered. But here's where things take a turn and get properly mad hatter. We set up an overnight recirculation through our checks notes Hop Rocket that we packed wall to wall with coffee beans, cacao husks and vanilla. Jacking into the flavour Matrix like this allowed us to pull way more out, the result? A punchy, silky, indulgent and absolutely more than it appears beer.
