This beer is based on Sato Nishiki cherries. To maximize the high sugar content and rounded texture inherent in these cherries, we have omitted the usual adjuncts. With more than enough sugar, we have added about 10% pink guava to give it a refreshing acidity. While it has an easy-to-drink and refreshing impression, if you savor it slowly, the coconut and distinctive fruitiness of the Dolcita dry-hopped hops will emerge, so we hope you will enjoy the layers of flavor. Please give it a try. The high sugar content of the cherries gives it a gentle, rounded texture on the tongue. A crisp, pleasant acidity and pure sweetness are blended together, with a subtle coconut aroma.
