Scotch-style ale brewed with Candi sugar and coriander.
On the eleventh day of Bruesmas, we brought in the whole pipe band for this Scotch-style ale. With a rich malt base, we added Candi sugar – a traditional Belgian ingredient as a nod to the rest of the collection – and coriander for a delightfully sweet-spicy combination.
