To achieve a rich and full-bodied brew, a total of 1.5 tons of malt were used in a 4xMash process, resulting in an exceptional mouthfeel and the highest possible ABV. The maturation period was also the longest possible. The brewing process was carefully and slowly observed over a long period, with meticulous care taken throughout. The rich flavor of toasted coconut, the exquisite combination of the slightly junk-food-like taste of marshmallow and the meticulously calculated malt blend truly evokes the image of cocoa chocolate, with the addition of a pleasant bitterness from the hops, resulting in a sophisticated, bittersweet treat.
