To express SPACE POP, this time we are using "Cryofresh," a new hop product that is attracting a lot of attention in the hop industry, in addition to Mosaic hops selected by Uchu Brewing. Uchu Brewing has used cryohops, which are concentrated hops, before, but Cryofresh is a product refined from freshly picked raw hops, and we were told that it could only be transported frozen from the production site in America. We didn't give up and had it delivered to Japan frozen. Dancing in the space with Mosaic hops!
