Dry hopped with the same hops as NYSM: Mosaic, Motueka KM09*, and Cashmere. How does the recipe differ when only the yeast is changed to a West Coast type? This is a series of hops that you can enjoy by drinking them side by side. * Among the Motueka lots owned by WCB @freestylehops, this lot is said to have a stronger citrus flavour.
The aroma is a dizzying feast of nuances (melon, grassy, woody, pine, dankness), followed by a tropical feel like pineapple and mango with a citrus flavour reminiscent of orange. The contrast between the prominent aroma and flavour will have you drinking more!

Now You Don't is the twin of Now You See Me, with the same dry hop regimen but a different yeast strain to give it that WC IPA style twist (actually it's just 3470 like all of our other WC soooooooo). NYD brings NYSM vibes of pineapple/mango, with citrus hits and wood/pine/dank to the endgame.
