The 5th one of the series and possibly the most extreme we have gone, this time with Time & Tide Brewing.
Hop suppliers recommend making up the dry hop with at least 40-50% as T90 pellet or leaf. So in good old Azvex fashion, we pushed the dry hop to the maximum we have ever done... with 0% T90 or leaf.
