Council Pop is an experimental non-alcoholic IPA, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in hop-forward brewing. This small-batch prototype showcases a trio of standout hops from Indie Hops – Strata, Luminosa, and Audacia – delivering bright notes of strawberry lemonade, tropical fruit, and a hint of citrus zest.
To amplify the flavour, we've added Phantasm™, a cutting-edge extract derived from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, rich in thiol precursors for an extra layer of juicy, aromatic intensity.
