Funk Weapon
Golden Sour | 375ml | ABV 5.9%
Brewed with Scottish malted barley, raw wheat and rolled oats. Fermented with a new-to-us mixed culture of Brettanomyces strains which were isolated from traditional Belgian Lambic producers.
Aged in tank for four months, and then packaged completely unfruited and unhopped to showcase the flavour characteristics of this mixed culture. We get super juicy, sweet and sour citrus, white peaches, pineapple, musty funk and candied tropical notes.
