It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! So we’ve created a Peach Bellini-inspired fruit sour, a burnished gold pour that captures the easygoing charm of a sunny holiday.
With aromas of candied peach and a hint of malt, each sip is rich and juicy, with peach sweetness at the forefront and a refreshing zip of acidity on the finish.
We’ve added a touch of lactose for a smooth, rounded body, making this brew the perfect companion for your Christmas spread – whether it’s fresh seafood, a classic turkey roast, or tofu sandwiches (…whatever you’re into). Here’s to a very Merry Christmas!
Pour: Burnished gold/peachy colour
Smell: Aroma should be all candied peach with some malt undercurrent.
Taste: Palate should be mid to full with peach sweetness centre stage before a zippy acidity finishes
Finish: Sweet and sour
