Creativity that runs through the times. The miracles he creates are poured into beer along with the sound, and an unprecedented movement is sparked at Mochimune.
The producer in question presents us with his new album, "Modal Bliss." For the dry hopping this time, he used @yakimachief's Citra and @freestylehops ' "Nelson Sauvin Bliss Process*." *A special hop made by pelletising Nelson Sauvin by dividing it into "late harvest lots" and "early harvest lots" according to harvest time. Through their experiments, they intentionally scratched the leaves of the late lots before harvesting, which awakens the aromatic component "Thiol" that is responsible for the rich aroma, and increases the concentration.
The citrus elements reminiscent of grapefruit, orange, and lemon are intricately intertwined, transforming into a tropical nuance like passion fruit. The fresh impression on the palate is well-balanced with a dank, woody aroma and bitterness, accented with a gentle sweetness.
Great ideas, flowing melodies, and endless enthusiasm. As the darling of the music world that intoxicated many Hop Dude, he enthralled everyone, but there was only one thing that never wavered: his beliefs.
