"Founded in 2016 by husband and wife team Chris and Penny Farmer, the brewery is named after their beloved dog Banks. Banks was built on a love of good food, wine and great beer. Starting out small and remaining family owned has been the driving force of the brewery, along with always putting the beer first and figuring out the rest later."
