The world is loving NZIPAs of late, and we are certainly on the bandwagon! We have been fortunate enough to be included in the NZ Hops Bract Brewers Programme here at RR, meaning we get access to experimental new hop varieties.
We have used the experimental variety NZH-106 here across two separate dry hops to really get it to sing!
Hops: Nelson Sauvin T90, Motueka T90 & NZH-106 T90
Malt: RR Base Malt, Mallokup Munich Malt & Mallokup Chit Malt
Pour: Burnished gold with a white head
Smell: Melon, White Pepper, Citrus, Tropical Fruits
Taste: Tropical fruits and citrus sit atop a light biscuitty malt base
Finish: Light lingering bitterness
