Designing beers can be a fun time. Especially as brewers love the ‘What If’ game. What if we did this? What if we did that? Usually ideas fly back and forth, maybe crashing and burning, maybe making it to tank.
One idea kept coming up, bubbling away like a fermentation at top speed. What if we made a different version of Juice Train? What if we bumped up the dry-hop? What if we used more oat? What if we added lactose? So we did. Enjoy. All aboard the Oat Cream Juice Train!
