Hantu IPA
Hazy IPA | 440ml | ABV 6.5%
A collaboration brew with Watering Hole.
We added Phantasm (dried and powdered Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape skins) and Mosaic hops, for ultimate thiol boost, into the whirlpool. Hantu IPA was then dry hopped with a big load of Freestyle Hops' finest Nelson Sauvin, a boat load of Mosaic Lupomax and a sprinkle of Idaho-7.
This is the third instalment in a new line of thiol-boosted beers brewed with- and ‘amplified’ by Phantasm powder. Prepare your little minds to be blown.
Malts: Extra pale Maris Otter, wheat malt, spelt malt, flaked barley & flaked torrefied oats
Hops: Mosaic T90, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic Lupomax & Idaho-7
Yeast: WLP077 Tropicale Yeast Blend
