Our brewers are excited to be rolling out another Surfbreak, this time championing Idaho 7, a hop that isn't utilised in hazy dogs enough. Idaho 7 throws most of the sweeter fruit character, and coupled with a yeast expression in the 7.5% range, means the esther production is supporting the hop regime. Expect notes of peach and fresh stone fruit to also come out to play, rounding out this super crushable hazy boi.
