Local award-winning brewery Sunbird Brewing Company joins Hong Kong’s best-known Black Kite Brewery on a Culinary x Beer experiment to introduce an inspiring ‘BREW BIRD’ beer series that celebrates the taste of Asia.
Representing Singapore will be a fluffy delight of ‘SWEETHEART CAKE (老婆餅) PASTRY SOUR’ well-loved across generations. A tasty pastrified beer brewed with candied Wintermelon, Five Spices and Roasted White Sesame seeds to deliver puckering tartness and spices.
