Mash hopped with whole leaf Saaz, hot-side hopped with HBC 682, Millenium, Strata, Idaho 7, dip hopped with @yakimachiefeu Dynaboost Idaho 7. Triple dry hopped – twice with Idaho 7, Millenium, HBC 682; finished with Strata. A truly complete DIPA: aromatic, flavourful, and expressive.
