Brewed based on an original recipe from 1946, the St. Bernardus Prior 8 is a traditional Abbey-styled Dubbel. The beer has a ruby to purple colour, is so smooth, creamy and rich in texture that it is almost oily. Its malt-fruit complexity is reminiscent of coconut and is a perfect balance between sweet, bitter and malty flavours.
