We had the pleasure of Marco from Alder Beer Co. visiting us from Seregno, Italy and for the occasion we absolutely had to brew a fruity and dry IPA. Space Capsule features a flashy double dry-hop of Strata, Motueka and Mosaic, giving you notes of sweet orange peel, pineapple and a touch of passion fruit. A smooth body and a dry finish balances out this more-ish IPA.
