Oat Cream IPA | 440ml | ABV 7.2%
This unctuous Oat Cream IPA starts with a grist of 65:35, between oats and barley, providing a super soft body to boost the flavours of Idaho 7, Moteuka and Citra. We added Idaho 7 to the whirlpool, to elevate tropical aromas of papaya, mango, and pink grapefruit, whilst the dry hop additions of all three turn those flavours up to 11 and add notes of lime, basil and cantaloupe melon. We added in a little lactose, to balance the flavours and bring that soft sweetness of Oat Cream to this beautiful IPA.
