Using a new technique for us at Banks where we Spin all the yeast & particulate from the beer before dry hopping then spin it again. The result giving a vibrant, clean, soft & punchy IPA. Hopped with Idaho 7, idaho 7 Cryo, Motueka & Citra Cryo.
