Brilliant and bright NWIPA brewed with Columbus,Cashmere and El Dorado. We then dry-hop this IPA at nearly 3lbs per barrel with Strata, El Dorado and Cashmere. Look for a dry, crisp finish with prominent notes of citrus, melon and pineapple.
