High Waters
IPA with Phantasm | 440ml | ABV 7.1%
High Waters is a new IPA championing a brand new cultivar flown direct from the Freestyle hop farm in NZ of Peacharine - in rubbing and brewing trails this hop has displayed a complex nectarine and citrus character with sweet fruit, lime zest and indistinct tropical notes. Naturally, we’ve used this in combination with Freestyle Motueka, and US Citra hops along with an addition of thiol-rich Phantasm, and fermented out with our in-house hazy yeast strain. A continuation of our journey in exploring the modern India Pale Ale.
