This collaboration with our friends from @thedutchtradingco and @northstreetstore 's Big Loaf Bakery is a reimagining of the old-school American Strong Ale. Brewed to be a gentle auburn and hopped with dank American hops, the spicy rye bread dominates the malt character. After ferment it was aged on Spanish cedar, lending floral notes and further warming spice.
