Second Ferment méthode traditionnelle Cidre. Doux style French cider. Made with cider apples only and sugar added for richness. Punchy fruit flavours on the palate with a sweet cream finish with a hint of brett. Our rich and creamy fruity sweetie.
Nose: Dominant sweet apple
Palate: Punchy apple flavours with creamy mouth feel
Finish: Apple pie with cream
Native yeast ferment and vat mature one year. Transfer to bottles and add sugar to sparkle. Age bottles on side 4 years, (aged on lees). Remove sediment & re-cap bottles. Add a little sweetness and preservatives.
Great with spicy foods such as chilli mussels. Any cheese, especially cheese & fruit. Desserts.
